We don't know why... but Isabelle is never happier than when she's lying on her changing mat, sans diaper. She kicks around, and laughs, and gurgles and coos, and makes silly talking noises. Funny. She's seldom as responsive when fully clothed... Another thing they don't explain in the baby books!
