On our recent trip to the Science Museum, Isabelle was fascinated by the steam-powered engine (this one powered the looms in a cotton mill in the olden days) that the museum had up and running for the holidays. She was very interested in the clouds of steam, the heat, the tremendous noise, and of course the whirring of the big wheel as it turned the engines. Perhaps we have a little lady engineer on our hands?
