My little pot-grown Morello cherry tree is really going for it, in its first summer in our care. We have a bountiful harvest of sour cherries.... well, bountiful enough for a single clafoutis, I think, and are really delighted to have fruit right in our own backyard! Apologies for the unsightly background to this photograph, but the fact is that part of our deck is mega-unsightly at the moment (thanks, previous owners).
