Happy Friday: Let's Make Damson Gin

It's damson season again. And what a perfect place for some mega-sour wild plums and a cup of sugar than in a bottle of gin. By Christmas time we'll have a lovely bottle of ruby red gin to enjoy throughout the festive season. What are some of your favorite things to start making in advance of Christmas time? Fruitcake? Christmas puddings? Chutney? Do tell.
