It's my birthday!

...and a huge and grateful thanks to everyone who sent cards, gifts, and even Facebook messages. It's so sweet to feel like my birthday is a national holiday! It's a beautiful warm day in London, with bright, blue, cloudless skies and we just returned from our annual birthday trip to the luscious orchid show at the Royal Botanic Gardens Kew. Much celebrating to look forward to later, candlelight and dress-up-dresses, fancy shoes and birthday cake. Hooray!
