Seems like the
Whoopie Pie is having a moment. We decided to
whip up a batch as a rainy-day treat, and whoopie! Were they a-m-a-z-i-n-g. I had never seen one before, and because the recipe I used (not the one I linked to here-- this one is supposedly the real McCoy) was a bit ambiguous about sizing, I made the pies way, way too big so we were both pretty sick to our stomachs after we finished eating them. But you know what, it was WORTH IT!
