I have fallen in love with the most glamorous pumps from Valentino. They are so daintily crisp-autumn-evening perfect in their flattering d'Orsay cut and au courant black lace. I can see them at opening night at the ballet, enjoying tea and delicate cakes at Claridge's, and of course, taking a romantic stroll under the stars, hand in hand, as night falls.
