After a morning choosing new lipsticks, new nail polish and sorting out a new bank account, I'm sitting at my dining room table writing letters and watching the snow fall. It's lovely to be in a cozy house with a pot of soup on the stove and no pressing appointments, but something about January makes me want to rip everything down, throw it all away, and start completely over from scratch. Leopard print and pink ranunculus suddenly seem like the right idea to me now. What changes are you planning to make in 2013? Do tell.
