An English Landscape from Studiocanoe on Vimeo.
I came across this video yesterday, filmed in the English county of Cumbria, where William Wordsworth was born and lived. It's a sweet video with some beautiful scenery, and I thought that if you live in America and have never been here, you may be interested in watching it. Readers with sharp eyes will notice this is the county where Jules and I spent our only camping trip several summers ago, bundled up in layers of sweaters and too cold to even take a shower. Stuff like that is a feature of my a love-hate relationship with living in England. How can one place be so beautiful, freezing, charming and desolate all at the same time? Wherever you are and whatever your feelings about the English countryside, it's still nice to hear a lovely poem and see the beautiful landscape that inspired it.
