Do-It-Yourself Downton

Well, friends, the final episode of Downton Abbey has aired on Masterpiece Theatre in America, and that means we're in the long winter of non-costume dramas until it returns again sometime in the autumn. I'll hold up my hand and say that it was only the rich color scheme of the wartime costumes (and even then--- are they really asking us to believe Mary Crawley wore the same evening dress for three years running?) getting me past the laughably ham-fisted writing in Season 2, but that despite that, it was still very enjoyable to watch nonetheless.

To help you get through the next few months, the geniuses over at Vulture have come up with a set of Downton Abbey paper dolls you can print out and dress up while you wait for Season 3. Imagine the delightful scenes of class warfare you can make up! I am especially fond of the set of evil accessories that come with Thomas and O'Brien (including twisty mustache and Dracula cape), and Sybil Crawley's NOW t-shirt. Get the full set here.
